Summer Mall is one of Youngblood’s most significant project, where we work from the design of the exterior to the interiors including all major facilities such as food court, retails and the apartment. Fast rapid development enabled us to complete from design to management and supervision in a short 1.5 years time, where grand opening was celebrated in August 2013. Along the 1.5 years of design and execution of work, Youngblood involves not only providing designs but also manage, monitor and supervise the construction work, with 2 residence designer positioned to govern.

Job scopes include designing, specifying, sourcing, cost controlling, scheduling and supervising.
